Gaucho Restaurants are famed for their Argentine gastronomy and for the UK’s largest collection of Argentine wine.
With eleven outlets in the UK, ten in London and one in Manchester, Gaucho’s menu features a seasonal selection of the finest Argentine foods. Gaucho’s beef comes from Black Angus steers, reared on the Pampas plains, where the grass is fine and sweet. The beef is wet-aged from 15-35 days to make it even more flavourful and tender.
Gaucho offers toothfish from Patagonia in the south, soft shell crab, Nova Scotia lobster, a seafood platter and six stunning ceviches - fish and shellfish marinated in citrus juices and herbs.
Argentina is the world’s fifth largest wine producing country, offering remarkable diversity and breadth in their wine styles. Passionate about Argentine wine, and especially the Malbec grape, Gaucho Restaurants have created a list of over 150 wines.
