Where does one begin with Louis Jadot? A good place to start is in the year 1859. This is when Louis Henry Denis Jadot founded the famous winery. Today the company is managed by Pierre-Henry Gagey, son of André Gagey who took over as President of Louis Jadot in 1962, following the death of Louis Auguste Jadot.

Today the company is one of the oldest and most prestigious wine producers in Burgundy. It is one of the largest vineyard owners in the Côte d'Or. Charismatic winemaker Jacques Lardière has been making wines for Louis Jadot for over 37 years. There are few people who know as much about this beautiful wine region as he. Jacques believes that a natural winemaking style is the only way to bring out the terroir and authentic character in his wines.
