Mr Trotter's Great British Pork Crackling is a revolutionary new British snack.

Available through all Selfridges stores (London, Birmingham and Manchester) at £1.89 per pack, Mr Trotter aims to redefine the pork scratching category.

Mr Trotter's Great British Pork Crackling was the brainchild of food writers Tom Parker Bowles and Matthew Fort with Cotswold farmer, Rupert Ponsonby. Their dream was to create a new interpretation of the scratching made from 100% British pigs.

Cooked by hand in small batches using a new process, Mr Trotter's Great British Pork Crackling delivers a crisper crunch, and will be available in delicatessens, farm shops, garden centres and pubs from 2012.

Tom and Matthew will be in Selfridges stores offering consumer tastings on the following dates: 10th November in London, 12-3pm (and at 5-7pm Matthew will be there with Rupert, Graham and Karyn); 12th November in Birmingham 12-3pm; and 19th November in Manchester 12-3pm.
