Pixley Berries blackcurrant-based cordials are made from a minimum of 60% fruit. They are not from Concentrates (NFC), free from additives and contain no strange-sounding preservatives.
Delicious with Plymouth Gin, sparkling cava, Pinot Grigio, chilled water or trickled over ice cream!
Farmer Edward 'the Cordial' Thompson envisaged the effects of global warming in 1998 and Planted ‘Pixley Black’. This very special variety was developed to thrive in Britain’s increasingly warm winters.
Every stage of Pixley Berries’ superfruit cordial range is controlled from the farm including, nurturing the fruit, pressing, blending, bottling and distribution.
