What is your desert island dish and drink? The dish has got to be Aubergine Parmigiana. Drink-wise, a lovely bottle of proper bone-dry, deep red sparkling Lambrusco would certainly keep me good company.

Sum yourself up in three words? Witty, intelligent….mysterious.

If you could be a cocktail what would you be and why? It’ll definitely have to be a Vodka Martini, shaken not stirred. Why? Try to guess.

What’s your drink of choice? I am a huge fan of Prosecco but, generally speaking, any good bubbly thrills my taste buds.

Eureka food moment? When I tried “Meat Fruit” at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal my taste buds exploded in a symphony of unbridled ecstatic pleasure.

Favourite spots to have a drink? I love heights, so probably somewhere really high at sunset. I must say I love the grandeur of The Eiffel Tower.

If you distilled, brewed or made your own drink what would it be called and why? It would be called “The Thrill Seeker”. At heart, I am definitely one.

Where can people usually find you outside of work? Either at the gym, running on a treadmill and lifting weights, or gallivanting around the latest restaurant and bar openings that London offers.

Favourite holiday destination? I do love South-East Asia: the exceptional climate, the lovely food, the breath-taking scenery, the incredible sounds…

If you found £10 what would you spend it on? Food!
