Rosamund Barton - Director
What is your desert island dish and drink? Can I start with a glass of Champagne (Comtes if possible!), then my husband’s spatchcock chicken with roasted veg followed by a glass of Albarino?
Sum yourself up in three words? Loves to talk
If you could be a cocktail what would you be and why? Dreaming of Sunshine – a variant of a Margarita with no salt and oodles of fresh lime
What’s your drink of choice? a glass of fizz (Champagne or English Sparkling) or a weak Gin and Tonic with lime
Eureka food moment? Eating fresh mango in a bath
Favourite spots to have a drink? The Ship in Wandsworth, The Lord Dudley in Sydney or Surfside in Holetown
If you distilled, brewed or made your own drink what would it be called and why? I have fab childhood memories of wild cherries soaked in slivovitz, so maybe a wild cherry gin
Where can people usually find you outside of work? in the pool.
Favourite holiday destination? Barbados, where we honeymooned
If you found £10 what would you spend it on? A soya latte and a glossy magazine
Tell us something we didn’t know about you. I once modelled my ankles in Hong Kong
